Ingredients
- 1 gallon of boiling water
- 4 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 4 drops of rosemary essential oil
- Pour the boiling water in a large bowl and wait until it cools down a bit
- Add the essential oils
- Put face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel
- Stay in that position for 10 minutes or so
- Pat dry
Rosemary is a muscle relaxant.
